The German car maker BMW has launched a limited edition BMW X6 M recently. This is a design edition and it is one of its kind and different from the regular SUV the car maker produces. As per the reports, the car maker will be producing only 100 units of this designer car. As the name suggests, this car has a lot of designer elements that are not found on the regular models of X6 SUV. It is believed that the special edition has been launched to refresh the demand for the car that has seen some stagnation in the past due to overall slump in the demand for cars.

A lot of design characteristic changes are there on this car. As per the details, the car has been made more sporty and there are a lot of visible changes made on this car not only outside but on the inside as well. The interior has been clad in full merino leather matched with a two tone dash and instrument panel. On the outside, the car has got new alloys and that too in a double spoke design which is the latest trend in designer alloy wheels. There are new exciting color options available including Alpine White, Sapphire Black and Melbourne Red metallic.

The front has all black grille and improved aerodynamics besides touches of perfection and styling here and there. The M design element additions include a front splitter and rear spoiler. Under the hood, the engine is all the same and so are the power and peak torque output ratios. However the transmission gets a treatment and the car sports a M Sport automatic gearbox to make it at par with its styling. A lot of other features differentiate the car from its regular model and it is a worth buy for those who want to stand apart.
